Part two,Introduction
"NanNing WuLing GuiHua vehicle Co,Ltd"(Before is "NanNing tractor factory") was built in 1956 . Main products: tractors,farm transport vehicle,heavy tied vehicle , light-passenger car,storage machine (overhead solid storage),sugarcane machine ... solid storage for clients. Since 1985 we started making farm transport vehicle. These three kinds of products were all registered by "GuiHua" brand. Now , we have enough power to produce maximum 150,000 tractors and multifunctional tractors , 10,000 farm transport vehicle(including multifunctional minitype tractors), 10 solid storages,20 stow machines per year!! Our factory area is 260,000 squaremeters(produce section area is 186,000 squaremeters and construction area is 110,000 squaremeters) , we have secondary and advanced technology administer about 130 people, mostly equipment for manufacture about 856 sets: thereinto we have 455 metal cutting machine tools, 17 press machines between 45 to 1000 tons , Switzerland stand rifling machine ,machining centre, 6 meters tramroad grinder and so on high-precision equipments, more then 30 products machining pipelinings.
Part three,Investment Projets
(1) cooperate produce heavy-tied vehicle
Heavy-tied vehicle is accorded by national policy, It's developing swift and violent, have very wider foreground.Now, our heavy-tied vehicle is almost completed , and mastery some technique . We are honestly wish abroad enterpriser of insight can invest our enterprise and to be a co-worker who has excellent relationship with us , to be sweeping in shortdated ,finally finish constructing the most important heavy-tied vehicle base in southern of China.
Our corporation will invest by our 10000 squarmeters workshop and all our technique ,equipments , foreign capital mostly invest by cash money and advanced technique.
Cooperate Mode : We can do joint venture or cooperate manage between two partners ,and also can do in more co-workers,we are provide agility mode .
(2) Exporting agencies, joint manufacturing agricultural machineries such as walking tractors and agricultural vehicles.
Walking tractors and agricultural vehicles are our company’s leading products. We have a rich assortment of walking tractors, which account for considerable market share in Southeast Asia. The amount of walking tractors exported to Vietnam has added up to 100,000. Our company’s agricultural machineries such as walking tractors and agricultural vehicles take considerable competitive advantages in the market of Southeast Asia, so Southeast Asian marketplace offers excellent potential for increasing sales of our products.
In order to open up more share of Southeast Asian market on the basis of keeping the share of market in Vietnam we are looking for Southeast Asian enterprises that have a good reputation and good financial ability as exporting agencies. We earnestly hope that these enterprises can develop the share Southeast Asian market with us and produce assembles co-operatively so long as time is ripe.
Ways of co-operation:
a) Exporting agencies: They will agent our company’s products exporting and will have charge of selling the products in their countries and/or their neighboring countries and developing the share of market.
b) Assembling co-operation: we will export our products in the form of assembly parts. The co-operative party will have charge of assembling the products and selling them.
(3)Co-operative manufacturing storage machineries (space warehouse, space garage) project
Our company has the capacity of manufacturing 10 sets of space warehouse (space garage) and 20 sets of stacker per annum. We have mastered a series of technologies for developing products.
We will mainly invest the available technologies and products, and we hope that the co-operative party can pay cash as the investment.
Ways of co-operation: either two parties or many parties joint venture or joint operation are available.
(4)Co-operative Manufacturing Cane Cutting Machinery
Our company has the technology of manufacturing cane flat cutters and cane leaf peeling machines. These products have been manufactured in batch and put on the market. We have also mastered the technology of manufacturing cane combined cutting machines and have the ability of developing cane cutting machinery. The technology has filled the gaps in our country. There is also a great demand of cane cutting machinery in abroad market.
Ways of cooperation: seeking overseas investment and joint operation.
