　　　1. Name of the enterprise Nanning Wuling-Guihua Vehicle Co., Ltd. (formerly Nanning Walking Tractor Factory) was established in 1956. Its main products include: walking tractors, farm truck, heavy automobile, passenger bus, warehousing machinery, sugarcane machines and so on. At present, the company possesses the annual production of 150,000 walking tractors, 10,000 farm trucks, 500 heavy automobiles, 500 light passenger buses, 10 cubic warehouses, 20 series of buck stackers.The company has a ground area of 0.26 million sq. meters, among which the production area is 0.186 million sq. meters, and the building area is 0.11 million sq. meters. It owns 856 sets of equipment: 455 sets of metal cutting tools, 17 sets of 45-1000 tun punching machines, all kinds of high precision equipment, and over 30 processing lines.

　　　(1) Heavy Special Automobile in Cooperation
With rapid development, the production of heavy special automobile, accordant with national policy, bears extremely wide foreground. At present, the production of heavy special automobile in our company has been initially formed. We expect that both domestic and overseas entrepreneurs cooperate with us with fund to build one of the most important production base of heavy special automobile in the south in the near future.
We provide the factory building of 10,000 sq. meters, equipment, and existing technology. The other side can mainly adopt fund and advanced technology investment.
　　　Cooperation way: Able to adopt joint-venture or cooperation management between sides, or multi joint-venture or multi cooperation, with the flexible way.
　　　(2) Export Agency, Farm Machines such as Walking tractors and Farm Truck in Cooperation.
Walking tractor and farm truck are the dominant products in our company. And the variety of walking tractors is the most complete one all over the country. Having considerable marketing portion in south-east Asia, especially in Vietnam, its accumulated export is over 0.1 million sets. Therefore, the farm machines such as walking tractors and farm trucks possesses considerable competitive superiority and market potential in south-east Asia.
To expanding wide south-east Asian market on the basis of solidifying Vietnam market, our company expect to seek for Export Agency with high credit and rich strength. After maturity of condition, we would adopt assembly cooperation to expand south-east Asian market.
Cooperation way: Export Agency, to deputize the export of finished machines, sales of production and expansion of market in local area and neighbouring countries.
Assembly Cooperation, export of fittings, and local enterprises take charge of the assembly production and sales.
　　　(3) Warehouse machinery (cubic warehouse, cubic garage) in cooperatio
We have annual production of 10 cubic warehouses and 20 series of buck stackers and a series of mature exploitation technology. We provide the existing technology and equipment. While the other side can adopt the fund investment.

　　　(4)Sugarcane machines in cooperation
We have the mature technology of producing Sugarcane Pave-cutter and Leaf-remover with batch production and put into market. We master the basic technology of producing sugarcane Combine Harvester and the ability of exploiting sugarcane harvest machinery.
Cooperation way: we seek for fund input and cooperation.
